We are now taking names for men and women for the second Football Fans in Training session starting in April 2018.
This is a great and proven programme that has happened all over Scotland and will help you make positive changes for life.
Are you a man or woman aged 35-65 years old?
Is your trouser waist size at least 38 inches and your BMI over 28?
Do you want to lose weight, have a healthier lifestyle and ultimately be fitter?
Our 13 week programme Football Fans in Training programme can help you do this for free.
You’ll get a behind the scenes look at your club, be trained by selected club coaches, have a nosy at the trophy cabinet and have the chance to talk tactics in the dressing rooms. Who knows, maybe you’ll even bump into a player or two!
The programmes will be held at Gayfield Park and the first FFIT programme start in January 2018 and will run for 13 weeks.
The Second FFIT programme will start immediately after our first FFIT programme ends in April 2018 and will end in July 2018.
Participants can only take part in one programme.
The meetings will take place in the evening and will last 90 minutes. The 90 minutes will be split in half with the first 45 minutes on discussing positive changes to your lifestyle then 45 minutes of physical activity.
