The 1880 Crew
We were delighted to meet this week with the newly formed “1880 Crew” who will now be working alongside the Club in helping create displays and increasing the atmosphere within the stands on matchdays.
Commercial Director Paul Reid said “It is absolutely fantastic to work alongside our young fans who are showing a real willingness to get involved and help generate even more of a special atmosphere at Gayfield and also on the road.
We were keen to hear feedback and ideas from the guys on their own matchday experiences and we are delighted to now create a dedicated special area within Gayfield called “Section 36” which will allow many opportunities from them to get creative in helping the Club build the matchday buzz from the stands.
It is wonderful to see the youngsters love for Arbroath FC and helping them channel their passion into representing the Club in such an important and worthwhile way is brilliant.”
