Turnstile numbers for visiting fans, section of the ground
BDS Digital (East) Stand section 7 have been set aside for away supporters.
BDS Turnstile 3 will be in use. Please do not try and enter the ground via turnstiles 16 and 17 or BDS 1 and 2 as no access can be gained to the BDS Stand from those turnstiles. Turnstiles will be open for spectator entry from 13:45 hrs.
Shared catering will be available for use in the BDS concourse.
Refreshments are available in the lounge bar in the West Stand before kick-off.
Tickets, location of sales & entry cost
Entry is by ticket only.
Tickets are available online and on match day. It is recommended that online tickets are purchased prior to arrival at Palmerston.

Adult – £15
OAP/ Concession- £10
Student – £10
Age 16-21 – £10
Under 16 – £5
Accessible – £5/£10

Please note that a new electronic ticketing system will be in place. It is strongly recommended that all fans pre-purchase their tickets before the commencement of the match. This can be done at Queen of the South Football Club (ticketco.events)
Car Parking/Bus Drop Off and any on-street restrictions
Car parking is available in the Arena car park. Please be considerate to our neighbors if parking on streets around the stadium. Supporter’s buses are requested to drop spectators off in Terregles Street and thereafter head to College Mains Road opposite Currys PC World to park until the conclusion of the match. Pick up is as per the drop off point.
Any local roadworks etc. that may cause delays
There are no ongoing local roadworks currently around Dumfries that may affect travel times to Palmerston Park. Fans should check the Traffic Scotland website at http://trafficscotland.org/index.aspx for confirmation of any delays.
Disabled access
Wheelchair access for away supporters is at Gate H on the south side of BDS Digital stand. Disabled parking is available on the north side of the BDS Digital Stand or at the Arena car park. The cost of entry of 1 personal assistant is included in the price of the concession ticket.
Specific advice for away fans in respect of condition of entry e.g. searching policy, unacceptable behaviour?
QOS have adopted a robust and thorough search policy for spectators entering the ground to ensure that ground rules and regulations are strictly adhered to, especially in relation to pyrotechnic devices and controlled containers. All bags will be searched and spectators presenting themselves for entry may also be subject to search. Spectators who refuse to be searched by stewards will be denied entry to the ground.
No persons will be admitted to the ground who are deemed to be under the influence of alcohol. This will be strictly enforced.
Palmerston Park is a non-smoking venue, this includes e cigarettes and other such devices. Stewards are empowered to eject spectators who disobey these rules.
All spectators are required to abide by our acceptable behavior policy.
