cinch Scottish Championship – Game 32 – Season 2021/2022

Saturday 2nd April 2022, Firhill, Glasgow 3.00pm kick off

Arbroath make the trip down to Glasgow today to take on Ian McCall’s Partick Thistle.

It is only a month since the sides last met on the 1st March at Gayfield when Colin Hamilton’s 6th minute strike was cancelled out by Ciaran McKenna on the hour. It was the cliched game of two halves at Gayfield and the Lichties gained a valuable point.

Partick Thistle have been hit with an injury crisis of a late but they still have quality players all over the pitch and Firhill is never an easy place to visit.

Lewis Mayo should return for Partick Thistle after being away on Scotland U21 duty, whilst Arbroath Manager Dick Campbell hinted last week that he may make changes to fresh up the side this afternoon.

One of those players who will be pushing for a start is Dale Hilson who was the game changer last week when he came on and it is hoped Liam Henderson will be fit for the final push.

With Firhill being a stadium that many Lichties have only visited once or twice but no matter if this is your first of fifteenth we hope you can make lots of noise and cheer on the Lichties.

It will be another extremely tough match but we hope you can get right behind the team from the very start.

C’mon the Lichties
