We have one last place on our Football Fans in Training Course for either a Male of Female!
Remember it is completely free!
There are a few simple criteria you HAVE to meet to enter.
If you are aged 35 and over
Men – waist size in excessive of 38”
Women – Dress size 16+
BMI if 28+
It is a fun way to get fit and make new friends and our previous groups have all found that they look out for one another keeping the motivation up!
