Yesterday we had a special guest in 9 year old Derry. Although it was a result to forget it was Derry’s first football match.
Derry is autistic and busy places can be distressing, but he has recently started football training at school and has taken a keen interest in football.
Well Derry got to meet Manager Dick Campbell and Chairman Mike Caird alongside Events & Commercial Co-ordinator Julie Harper.
Despite the result Derry was so happy at his day and can’t wait to get to school tomorrow to tell all his friends.
We have a new fan and we can’t wait to see Derry and his family back at Gayfield!
