Kenan Dünnwald-Turan
Arbroath FC are delighted to announce the signing of 27-year-old striker Kenan Dünnwald-Turan on a one-year deal.
Kenan is our 6th signing of the season and will go straight into the squad for tomorrows friendly at Stirling Albion.
After progressing through the youth ranks of Fortuna Düsseldorf, SG Unterrath and Rot-Weiß Oberhausen, Dünnwald played for both MSV Duisburg II and TSG Sprockhövel before making a move to Bristol Rovers in England.
The 6ft 2 in tall striker enjoyed a spell on loan at Weston-super-Mare before returning to German to play for FC Kaan-Marienborn, Wuppertaler SV, SC Fortuna Köln and Bonner SC before returning to England to play for Scunthorpe United in English League Two, where he also had a brief spell on loan at National League side, Stockport County before most recently playing at Straelen, back in his native Germany.
We look forward to welcoming Kenan to Arbroath FC and seeing him in action!
