The Arbroath squad came together on Saturday morning at Oriam in Edinburgh for a training session and a bounce match against neighbours Montrose.
Oriam is Scotland’s national performance centre for sport, based at Heriot-Watt University’s Riccarton campus in Edinburgh and one, if not the best training facility in Scotland.
This was a valuable experience to keep the players fit during this week of bad weather and a chance for the entire squad to be involved.
Especially for Josh Skelly and Ryan McCord who were making their returns from injury and for keeper Ricky Gomes who made a return in goal.
Arbroath FC would like to thank Montrose FC for the game which was a huge benefit for both sides.
