Special Guest – Ian Houston
Arbroath FC was delighted to welcome Ian Houston – President of the Scottish Business Network US/Americas to the directors box yesterday.
Ian who is from San Francisco has been in Scotland for a few weeks and recently attended COP26.
Shelley Hague Chairperson of Arbroath FC Community Trust who accompanied Ian to the match said “The enthusiasm and vision Ian has for Scotland was great to see and hear. Ian couldn’t have picked a better day to visit Arbroath and Gayfield as the weather held providing a great experience at the ground.
The discussions held with the club and Arbroath FC Community Trust have paved the way for a great relationship moving forward and we can’t wait to welcome Ian back to our amazing town.”

Ian chatted with Arbroath striker Joel Nouble after the match and complimented him on an outstanding performance.
