Arbroath Chairman Mike Caird had a message for the Arbroath supporter this evening;
“I would just like to say a huge thank you once again to our loyal supporters and friends of our club.
We have many supporters who are celebrating this evening, and a few who will no doubt be indulging in a wee tipple as they commiserate but win or lose we once again have been shown just how supportive and loyal our local community is.
The Arbroath supporters have once again stepped up and helped our club raise a huge amount of money in these tough and unprecedented times that we are all facing.
A very special thank you to Craig Knowles from Arbroath Golf Links who has shown incredible generosity by donating a 30 minute lesson followed by 18 holes at Arbroath Golf Links.
Also thank you to the gentleman of Arbroath Walking Football for donating their signed ball for our young supporters.
I would also like to thank Arbroath Directors Brian Cargill and Jonny Booth for their hard work in putting this fundraiser together so quickly and making it an instant hit.
