Gayfield Pitch
The end of season remedial work has taken place on the Gayfield pitch as we plan and prepare for the new season.
Our Groundsman Pete Clarke has been at the forefront of all our work, with the pitch verti-drained, reseeded and 80 tonnes of sand spread on and brushed in to provide a level, well draining surface.
Arbroath FC would like to thank our groundsman Pete Clarke and his team, and also publicly thank Scott Rennie from Monifeith Golf Club, Craig Boath from Carnoustie Golf Links, Ally Wylie from Elliot Golf Club, Derek Smyth of the Geddes Group and Steven Caird.
So much hard work and effort goes on behind the scenes to have one of the best surfaces in Scottish Football.
