Small update from Gayfield
Whilst we are missing the football and all our supporters, we have been making a few minor improvements to the Gayfield pitch whilst in the safety of isolation.
As the eagle eye amongst you may have spotted on last Friday’s Reporting Scotland, the season’s early end has allowed us the opportunity to install new drains along the North Sea Enclosure and in front of the Switchie end.
Whilst Gayfield holds strong against prolonged rain, these areas do require a lot of work before and after a game if there has been sustained wet weather.
These improvements will allow us to be up ready for action, whenever that will be.
Keep safe and C’mon the Lichties
