Arbroath midfielder Gavin Malin has today left Gayfield and signed for Edinburgh City.
Gavin leaves Gayfield with the best wishes from the Directors, Management Team, Coaches and team mates and everyone at Arbroath FC. He has been a true gentleman on and off the pitch and conducted all his actions in the most professional and reliable manner.
Gavin showed his versatility over the course last season and this pre-season playing in both midfield and defence and was a vital part of the Arbroath squad that won the League. Gavin chipped in with two goals against Berwick Rangers and Cowdenbeath, both being scored at Gayfield.
A new challenge awaits at Edinburgh City but Gavin leaves with a League 2 Championship medal and we wish him the very best for the next chapter in his footballing career.
