Gary Moir – New Arbroath FC Director
Arbroath Football Club are delighted to announce that local businessman Gary Moir has joined the club board as a Director.
Gary is the Director of Moir Construction Ltd who were established back in 2003 and ever since have been building quality homes and houses throughout Angus, Tayside, Fife and Aberdeenshire.
Having a wealth of experience in business and overseeing one of the largest local house building and renovations specialists in Angus, Gary brings a new speciality to complement our existing board of Directors.
Gary, who is a lifelong supporter of Arbroath FC has been a very good friend, supporter and sponsor of the club for many seasons and through Moir Construction, having carried out many renovations and work inside of Gayfield including the Champions Lounge and the Office Renovations.
Moir Construction have also been a long-time sponsor of the Lichties Bonus Ball, the Lichties Christmas Camp, the Home and Away Dugouts and of course has come on board this season to be one a kit sponsor on our new Macron Shirts.
New Director Gary Moir said: “I have supported and assisted the club with various projects over the years in an unofficial capacity which I have enjoyed. I know most of the Arbroath Directors very well and I can see the positive things the club have been doing and the direction they are heading under Chairman Mike Caird.
When asked if interested in taking my involvement to another level and becoming part of the Board of Directors I can only say I was honoured, and it will be a great privilege to be part of what I can only describe as exciting times at Arbroath Football Club. I look forward to being part of a successful club over the coming seasons”.
