Craig Slater – Agrees Terms
Arbroath are excited to announce that we have agreed terms with 29-year-old central midfielder Craig Slater to sign for the Club.
Craig is a highly experienced player and has just finished the season with Forfar Athletic where he was Club Captain and has been named in the PFA League 2 Team of the Season and also been nominated for the PFA League 2 Player of the Season.
Not only will Craig bring his experience to the Club, but he is another leader and after starting his career with Kilmarnock he has played for Colchester United, with a loan spell at Dundee United before playing for Partick Thistle and Queen’s Park as well as representing Scotland at U16 levels all the way through to U21.
Away from his playing Career, Craig is also the first team coach at Scottish Women’s Premier League Side Motherwell under Head Coach Paul Brownlie.
