Arbroath are finally Ladbrokes League 1 champions.
The inevitable was confirmed on Saturday as a 1-1 draw at local rivals Brechin City was enough to clinch the title. Gold once again impressed in the centre of the park.
He’s quietly been one of their more valuable players this season.
