We Need Your Help – Lichties Bonus Ball Draw
The Club is needing our supporters help to raise funds to carry out necessary work at Gayfield in order to maintain and improve the facilities for our fans as well as support the activities of Arbroath Football Club.
The “Lichties Bonus Ball” fundraising scheme is a monthly Prize Draw where there are 59 numbers allocated each month and a prize is paid out based on the bonus ball that is drawn out in the last National Lottery Saturday draw each calendar month.
For a monthly subscription of £18.78 (Note: Arbroath FC Est. 1878) which works out at £4.33 per week you will get a bonus ball for the year and have a chance of winning £450 in any given month. In addition the pre-Christmas draw (November each year) is the “Lichtie Bonus Ball Bonanza Draw” and it will pay out double the normal amount – a lovely Christmas gift of £900.
Alternatively a ball that has not been taken for the year can be bought for £20 each month.
The next draw for 2017 will be made on Saturday 25 February 2017 and the surplus from the monthly subscriptions after the prize is paid out will be channelled into the Arbroath FC Gayfield Development Fund. However, this fundraising project will also give something back to our supporters not just in prize money but the members of the “Lichties Bonus Ball Draw” will also receive discount at various businesses in the area. These discounts will be announced in the coming weeks as the project grows but already some great offers have been secured.
We have a great club with great supporters and we need every supporter who can afford it, wherever you are in the world, to step up to the plate and support the club. We appreciate that not everyone can afford to subscribe to £18.78 per month but if this is too much then why not get a syndicate together and share the cost for a bonus ball. Any bonus balls left before the draw can be bought for £20 that month.
