Arbroath vs Raith Rovers – Match Preview
cinch Scottish Championship – Game 16 – Season 2021/2022
Saturday 4th December 2021, Gayfield Park, Arbroath, 3.00pm kick off
We welcome John McGlynn’s Raith Rovers to Gayfield tomorrow for our 8th home match of the new season.
Most Arbroath supporters and players all believe that Raith Rovers have been the best team Arbroath have played this season and currently on a 13 game unbeaten run which means that Arbroath will have to be at their very best to take anything from the match.
Having defeated Inverness Caledonian Thistle on Tuesday night in the SPFL Trust Trophy on Penalties and also recorded a win over Falkirk in the Scottish Cup despite playing most of the match with only 10 men Raith will be full of confidence coming into the match.
Arbroath are boosted by the return of Joel Nouble and Anton Dowds with only Nicky Low missing as he edges closer to a return to the team.
As the players and Management team keep on emphasising the home support has been magnificent this season and gives everyone a huge boost. We hope you can make it along tomorrow.
It will be another extremely tough match but we hope you can get right behind the team from the very start.
C’mon the Lichties!
