Arbroath vs Montrose
We welcome Montrose FC to Gayfield for our first competitive home match of the season when we play our second game of Betfred Cup at Gayfield on Saturday.
Supporters are advised to arrive at the Stadium in good time as a larger than normal crowd is expected to attend the game which has a 3pm kick off.
To ensure all supporters can enjoy the game in a safe and family friendly environment, full segregation of supporters will be in place with Arbroath supporters occupying the Harbour end of the Ground whilst Montrose FC Supporters will be allocated the Pleasureland aka the “Switchie” end.
Supporters are reminded that not form of Pyrotechnic devices are permitted within Gayfield Stadium. These Devices are exceptionally dangerous and have the potential to cause very serious injury. Additional Stewarding will be in place to prevent anyone bringing such devices into the Ground.
Both teams have had a busy summer in the transfer market and there is a hope of expectation for both sides for the new season. This is the only scheduled “Angus” derby of the season so supporters of both teams are encouraged to come along in numbers to enjoy what promises to be an excellent and competitive match.
Admission prices have been set for this match and it is pay at the gate. Turnstiles will be open from 2pm to allow access to the ground.
£12 for Adults
£6 for Concessions
£15 for the Adult and Child Gate.
Season Tickets are not valid for this match.
The 36-Nil Lounge will be open to Arbroath supporters to enjoy a drink before the game.
Please arrive in plenty of time to enter the ground in time for kick off.
