Wednesday 13th July 2022, Gayfield Park, Arbroath, 7.45pm kick off
We welcome Cowdenbeath to Gayfield this evening for our first home match of the new 2022/2023 season.
Arbroath go into the game after defeating St Mirren in the opening match on Saturday, whilst Cowdenbeath were defeated 3-0 by Airdrieonians at home.
The last encounter between the two sides was in April 2017 when goals by Steven Doris and Ryan McCord sealed the win for the Lichties at Central Park.

It will be another tough game for the Lichties but we are looking forward to welcoming both sets of fans to Gayfield.

Premier Sports Cup Format
Clubs are awarded the usual three points for a win but all drawn games in the group stage go straight to penalties – the shoot-out winners receive a bonus point. ie three points for a win, two points for a shoot-out win and one point for losing on penalties.

Just like last season we shall be operating a ticket only entry process meaning your matchday ticket must be purchased online and either printed out or shown on your phone to be scanned before entry to the ground.
There will be no cash gates on a matchday.
Admission prices are as follows;
£16 – Adult and 2 children
1 – Season Tickets are NOT valid for this match as it is a Cup Competition and the gate is split with the opposition.
2 – For this match there will be NO pre-purchased seats available to buy online and NO extra charges for supporters to sit in the Coelbrew Main Stand. Seats will be on a first come, first served basis, however those seats with names on them are reserved for Season Ticket holders.
When you purchase your ticket you can save / print it in PDF format right away, but a copy will also be emailed to you.

Please either have your ticket printed out, or saved on to your phone with your contrast fully up for our scanners to read the code.
As always we advise you to register and sign up long before tonight’s kick off to get yourself familiar with the website and so you have time to have any problems resolved.
There will be 2 types of supporters who will be purchasing our PPV.
1 – Supporters who have already used PPV
Head to https://arbroathfc.tv/ then you can access the game by clicking “Login” on the home page.You will use the same login name (your email address) and password as your previous live stream, then when you click “Get my Access” you will be prompted to enter in your payment details for this match. The cost is £10
2 – Away Supporters / New Supporters to PPV
If this is your first time, you will have to create an account by clicking on “Get my Access” on https://arbroathfc.tv/
Your login will be your email address and then you will asked to create a password and enter in your payment details. Having successfully created your account you can then click “Watch Live” and then sit back and enjoy the game!
