We had a very special mascot on Saturday. We welcomed 80-year-old Sheena Geddes and her family back to Gayfield.
Sheena is the Granddaughter of Arbroath Legend and Hall of Famer Bob McGlashan.
Bob joined the club in 1895 as a player and subsequently filled the roles of Secretary and Manager in a continuous period spanning 50 years.
Sheena was at Gayfield for our Hall of Fame event last year with Bob’s Great Grandson Neil Geddes.
She was joined on Saturday by her own Grandchildren – Rory and Heather and they are pictured here with Referee Alan Muir, Ayr United Captain Ross Docherty and
Arbroath Captain Mark Whatley.
It was great to see Sheena and her family again and we hope they all enjoyed their day!
