Arbroath vs Alloa Athletic – Match Preview

Ladbrokes Championship – Game 07 – Season 2020 / 2021

Saturday 12th December 2020, Gayfield Park, Arbroath, 3.00pm kick off

Match Sponsor – Moir Construction Ltd

Arbroath return to Championship action tomorrow as they welcome Peter Grant’s Alloa Athletic to Gayfield.

It’s been a tough start for both part-time sides in this season’s Championship with that vital first win still evading both teams.

Like Arbroath, the core of the Alloa Athletic squad hasn’t changed over the years and they have vastly experienced players in all areas of the pitch.

Arbroath Manager Dick Campbell will be hoping Miko Virtanen has recovered from the hamstring injury which forced him off early last Saturday and that Thomas O’Brien’s facial injury will allow him to play.

Goalkeeper Scott Gallacher and Connor Smith were the only players who missed out last week and it is hoped they will both return soon.

We hope you will be watching from our streaming service on arbroathfc.tv

It will be an incredibly tough game for the Lichties, but the boys as always will give it their all for you.

C’mon the Lichties!
