We welcomed a very young group of local footballers to Gayfield today as part our Youth Matchday Experience.
All the young footballers were between 3 and 4 years old and part of the Skilz Football Academy
The young boys and girls braved the cold wind to take part in a penalty shoot out with Arbroath striker Kane Hester kindly going in goals as the budding footballers took their spot kick from 6 yards out with their families cheering them on from the sidelines.
It was also great to see recent inductee into the Lichtie Hall of Fame, Stevie Florence back on the Gayfield pitch.
We hope that all the budding footballers, their families and Skilz coach Craig loved their afternoon at Gayfield and we hope that one day one of these local footballers maybe back playing Football at Gayfield or for Scotland.
Remember to tag your friends and families!
Get in touch with Skilz Football Academy if you would like to get your child involved in their coaching and football workouts.
C’mon the Lichties!
