Aaron Steele
Arbroath FC are excited to announce that 21-year-old defender Aaron Steele has agreed to sign for the Club.
Aaron, who can play at Centre-back or at left back came through the youth levels at St Johnstone and joined East Fife on loan in March 2021. Upon his first senior start for East Fife, he also scored his first senior goal which turned out to be the winner against Dumbarton in April.
With no reserve team at St Johnstone, Aaron moved to East Fife permanently last season in search of first-team football.
Highly thought of at Bayview and tipped to be a future Captain, Aaron made 42 appearances out of a total 45 possible last season for East Fife last season and also scored 3 goals as he helped East Fife reach the League-One Play-Offs.
Aaron becomes our 3rd new recruit so far of the summer and joins Leighton McIntosh and Craig Slater at Gayfield.
