Welcome Stuart Malcolm
Arbroath FC are delighted to welcome former title winning Captain Stuart Malcolm back to Gayfield. Stuart will be a First Team Coach at Gayfield, complimenting our existing Management and coaching staff.
Many Arbroath supporters will have fond memories of Stuart as he Captained the Lichties to our first ever League Title in 2010/2011 under Paul Sheerin and Stewart Petrie.
Stuart had a long-playing career in Scotland, England and Ireland with Ross County, Dublin City, Finn Harps, Forfar Athletic and Stenhousemuir just a few of the Clubs that Stuart played for.
Alongside former Lichtie Brian Kerr, Stuart moved into management with Albion Rovers in May 2017 before moving to Lowland League side East Kilbride where he led them to their second Lowland League Title in March 2019.
Stuart gained additional managerial experience with 17 months at the helm at Station Park between November 2019 and April 2021 before becoming Manager of Berwick Rangers in May 2021
Stuart was in charge at Shielfield Park for 100 matches but now returns back to Gayfield.
A natural leader, with vast experience we would like to give Stuart a very warm welcome back to Gayfield!
