Last Meeting:

Partick Thistle 0-0 Arbroath, Saturday 28th February 2026

These sides played shared the points at Firhill for the second time this season, after a goalless draw at the end of February.

Neither side really did enough to win the game, with both also finishing with ten men after second half red cards for Dan O’Reilly and Tam O’Brien.

One to Watch:

Ben Stanway

Consistent strong performances from Ben Stanway have seen the midfielder draw interest from a number of clubs, including in the Premiership.

The 21-year-old’s form across the campaign saw him named in the PFA Scotland Championship Team of the Year, while he was also one of four nominees for Player of the Year.

Stanway has also shown his creative threat, with seven goals and three assists as the Jags secured second spot in the league.

Lichties’ Form:

Jacob MacIntyre and Findlay Marshall were on the scoresheet last week as Arbroath defeated Raith Rovers 2-1 at Gayfield to secure their spot in the play-offs.

That victory brought to an end a run of three straight defeats and leaves the Lichties in pole position to secure third place and a home tie in the second leg of the playoff quarter final.

A win on Saturday could go a long way to keeping Arbroath in third at the end of the season, ahead of the meeting with fourth placed Dunfermline on the final day.
