Inclusion

POWERED BY OUR PASSION

Festive Friends

Christmas can be a tough time for many, with social isolation an issue faced by many in our town.

Every year we provide Hampers and a Christmas Meal to those living in Social isolation.

In 2023 we delivered 100 Hampers and hosted a Christmas Meal for 30 completely free, to ensure no one felt lonely at Christmas.

To minimise barriers, this is all free and we provide transport to and from the venue.

Matchday Mascots

Mascots are the VIPs on Match Day getting to warm up on the pitch, meet the players and lead the team on!

We reserve free mascot packages and give these to children with additional support needs or to families who otherwise wouldn’t be able to experience this.

The Junior Board

The Arbroath FCCT Youth Board was created with 3 young people from 3 Secondary Schools, with an aim to improve communication to representation from our Young Litchies.

This group allows us to gauge the thoughts and ideas of these young people to allow for appropriate planning to improve the Match Day Experience and AFCCT Programmes. We also hope to upskill these young people to aid their employability.

Play Fitba

Our Play Fitba class group is for players aged 18-25 consisting of various participants from mixed backgrounds, counties and ethnicities who come along to play football. The coach and players provide peer support, wellbeing, and fun.

The group meet every week and we facilitate a football session allowing a space to relax, exercise, support learn and be part of a football group .

Integrating them into our community and local football teams.
