Early Years Programme

Every Friday, we have been in Little Leapers Nursery School, working with the children to use story-based learning to improve physical literacy and of course, their football.

We offer 6 and 12 week blocks of our brand new Early Years Programme to Nurseries and Playgroups in and around Arbroath!

Goals for Life

This is a one-to-one session with one of our coaches which looks to engage with pupils who may have behavioural issues or are disengaged from school, through a love of football.
The session consists of an hour coaching within the school grounds, along with a personal workbook which relates back to the football curriculum.
We tailor this session to the school/individuals needs and requirements for learning and engaging.
Peers (3 max) can be incorporated into the session gradually if required for positive relationship skill building.
We would require a support member of staff to be always present during this session for staff/pupil safety and wellbeing.

Football Skills

This is a football session designed for multiple participants to increase their football skills, knowledge, and physical/mental health.
This session consists of an hour coaching within the school grounds.
We can tailor sessions to different abilities for each group.

Goals for Success

This session is designed to engage multiple participants both during practical football sessions and classroom football related activity.
This session consists of an hour coaching within the school grounds and an hour classroom session.
Our classroom workbook curriculum directly links back to the physical football session.
Each week has a different theme, e.g. Respect, inclusivity etc.
Each week also concentrates on a different genre of learning, e.g. health and wellbeing, maths, geography etc. which is all football related.
This works best for those with a keen interest in football
