Arbroath can confirm the signing of 25 year old winger/striker Eddie Ferns after he was released by Stirling Albion.
Eddie played as a trialist against Edinburgh City on Saturday as we awaited for the formal paperwork to be completed but made a dream debut scoring after only 10 minutes.
Eddie started his career at Drumchapel before securing a move to Alloa Athletic in September 2012 where he was part of the team that was promoted to the Championship.
In February 2015, Eddie made a loan move to Albion Rovers for the remainder of the 2015 / 2016 season before leaving Alloa Athletic in the summer after making 85 appearances in total for the Wasps.
Eddie made the move to Forthbank in the summer of 2016 and went on to make 23 appearances and scored 3 goals, including one against Arbroath at Gayfield earlier in the season.
