We are delighted to announce the signing of defender Zak Delaney from Inverness Caledonian Thistle until the end of the season subject to SFA approval.
The 22-year-old Irishman will offer various options on the left-hand side of defence where he can double up as a left back or left centre back.
A former Republic of Ireland U17 and U20 internationalist, he began his senior career with EFL Championship side West Bromwich Albion, before signing for Inverness Caledonian Thistle in July 22 where he made 52 appearances for the Caley Thistle.
Manager Jim McIntyre said, “I am really happy to confirm the signing of Zak, he offers us options across the left-hand side of defence and is a player I have seen on many occasions for Inverness and will be an important member of the squad this season.”
Zak, who will wear our number 15 jersey goes straight into the squad for tomorrow’s home match against Ayr United in the Cinch Championship.
